Challenge
Scale without structure.
OCT had the audience, but growth had outpaced structure. It kept adding blogs, project pages, social feeds and community contributions. Each had value, and together they were hard to read. Everything competed for attention. Readers had to work to find what mattered, and the business had limited pricing power despite its reach.
Solution
From feed to discovery system.
We gave it a clear hierarchy, what to read first and what can wait, under a more credible editorial brand. Underneath, we reorganised the platform around four ecosystems. They're Altcoin Radar, project pages, editorial categories and OCT Voices. New signals like the Hype Meter and the Project Visibility Index show momentum at a glance. Readers get context straight away. Projects get a reason to compete for visibility.
Outcomes
